CANCELLATION POLICY

We are sorry to hear that you wish to cancel your Denlab careplan. We hope you have received a great careplan and are happy with the service we provided you.

As Denlab Careplan does not have a contract period, you are able to cancel your plan at anytime you wish. To do so, simply contact Stephen Harrison on 07887702257 to inform us that you wish to cancel your Denlab Careplan and specify the date you wish to end it. We will then send you details, because you could receive refund if you have paid too much, or may have a balance to pay to complete your cancellation.  

Here at Denlab Careplan we aim to provide our clients with the best possible service and go above and beyond to do this. We hope you were satisfied with your overall service and would really appreciate it if you could leave us some feedback on the service we provided you with.
